Refund & Returns Policy
If a product is damaged or broken when received by a customer, The Good Stuff must be informed within one working day of receiving it. Arrangements will be made to replace the product or alternatively a refund will be made in full.
All products are sold with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee, If the customer is not completely happy with the product, they will contact The Good Stuff within 7 days of receipt with a reason for dissatisfaction. If the product is in its original sealed packaging we will issue a return delivery address.
Upon receipt of the returned product, The Good Stuff will refund the value of the product.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Courier Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own courier costs for returning your item. Courier costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will only be for the cost of the item and will not include courier costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
